Health Service Engagement & Planning
Our approach to health planning recognises the significant challenges, constraints and opportunities for planning in this complex sector. We work collaboratively across the broad range of stakeholders in the health sector and the community to determine the health needs of each area.
We partner with our clients (including local, state and Commonwealth government, community and private sectors) to assist them to identify health-delivery models that will meet their community’s needs and also take into account relevant population and resourcing issues.
Our previous partnerships include the preparation of comprehensive community health plans for local government, program evaluation in the aged care sector, and strategic planning in the population health
We assist our clients to appreciate the broader context and the role their organisation plays in the delivery of health outcomes at both a community and an individual level. Click here to download the community health planning brochure.
