The success of organisations is increasingly defined by corporate social responsibility criteria that place a high value on meaningful stakeholder engagement.
This workshop aims to provide participants and organisations with the knowledge and tools to successfully engage stakeholders. It incorporates the AA1000SES international Standard for Stakeholder Engagement and references the IAP2 engagement spectrum.
The workshop introduces participants to the seven elements of PELORUS, a stakeholder planning and engagement framework developed by experienced engagement consultants.
The format is highly interactive using reflective learning techniques and a focus on practical learning exercises. Participants are provided with a workbook (CD) that includes the presentation slides, document templates and standards.
This workshop is also registered under the Western Australian State Government’s Training Contract CUATRA2012
